State company for sugar industry call the specialists and the experienced suppliers to participate in the below tender for providing the co. with the following material ; one (1) steam boiler , two(2) steam generator turbine ,the interested supplier have to visit the head quarter of the company in Misan governorate – almijar alkabeer strict to get the tender against non -refundable amount ( 200000 ) Dinar their offer should be submitted in the offer s box in the head quarter of the co. and the deadline for receiving the offers is 31/ 5 /2010 provided that
- For presentation of the offer ( bid ) it should be through only one specific company and the receiving the work according to ( turn key ) .
-The supplier should present the offer in three sealed envelope shows the name of the co. and the not .of tender and the material ,the first envelop is for technical offer and the second is for the commercial offer and the third envelop should contain the required below documents
- Company certificate
-Initial guaranties 1% of the amount of offer and it should be in the from of certificate check or guarantee letter from a fiducially Iraqi bank or a bond issued by Iraqi government on condition that when the tender awarded the performance bond should be completed to 5 %

- receipt shows the purchasing of tender
- the company is not obliged to accept the lower price
-the cost of issuing and advertisement should be borne by supplier who get the tender
-Any offer which is not conformable with the general conditions would be neglected
- Also the co. call the whole participants to attends the opening of offers on 1/ 6/2010 as well as for any information ,the co. call the participants to attends the conference which is about to be held in its headquarter on 25/ 5/2010

2-3 complete starter should be suitable for required fan circuit Breaker , Including vacuum meters ( volt meters & Ammeters )

2-4 complete computerized control system with ( PLC ) or ( DCS ) also the vendors must supply the software and programming unit if required and should be installed in dedicated room near the boiler .

The vender should supply chemical injection skid including chemicals for on year opration as you're recommended .
2-6 Boiler to be supplied with all instrumentation Including sight glasses both sides ( level indicator ) ( double level transmitter for steam drum level with recorder ) O2 , CO2 analyzers .
2-7 smoke stack not less than 35M .
3- spare parts as following : ( boiler spare parts )
3-1 10 % spare part for pipes ( from S.D to W.D Furnace tube )
3-2 10 % spare part super heater coil .
3-3 10 % spare part Economizer coil .
3-4 spare parts for burner consist of ( tip of burner , control valve , vent valve , Igniter )
3-5 spare part for starter for 2 years power .
3-6 1 set of FD fan bearings
3-7 1 set of turbine bearings
3-8 1 set of motor bearings
3-9 complete coupling between motor & FD fan .
4- Training
The supplier will cover cost of training for 8 person in the manufacturer country or countries have the same boiler for 2 weeks .
5- 5-1 supplier should supply safety valves, manual valves with standards like ( ASME )
5-2 The supplier should provide manual for Insulation and Explain the method of working
5-3 supply Rolling machine ( hydraulic machine ) and Expander for tubes in steam drum and Water. drum and prefer hydraulic type with different type and size .
5-4 The control system should be DCS or PLC and supply all vendors requires .
6- supplier should complete all civil engineering works( foundation , anchor bolts , sheds, supports , Rooms , platfrom , stairway )
7- Insulation for whole system ( heat exchanger ) piping .
8- origin prefer, western Europe ,
Japan and U.S.A .

The Mosul Sugar factory one of Ministry of Industry and Minerals formations announces a tender (1/SGR-1/2010) of designing, implementing and operating an industrial water treatment unit for Mosul Sugar and Yeast factories discharges, according to the permitted environmental limitations and standards of Rivers Maintenance and State Waters No. (25) for 1967 and its attached amendments .
Whoever specialized contracting companies, desire to participate in this tender shall present their bids to the commercial directorate / Mosul factories ending of official time in Tuesday (15/6/2010) and may obtain the tender conditions from the commercial directorate/ Mosul factories, for unrecoverable sum of (200000) ID, The bidder should submit (bid band) (1%) of total offer according to ratified check letter of credit or bank guarantee by depending Iraq bank .
